Denomination : D.O.C Taburno
Production Zone : Hills Torrecusane Exposure and altimetry
Vineyards: exposed to the south- east to 300/380 m about
Training system : Controspalliera
Density: 3000 vines per hectare
Harvest: Manua, in the Second Decade of October , They Choose the Best Grapes of different Vintages
Details Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes , Defecation Static Cold , Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature around 5 ° C for about 10 months
Aging: 2 months in steel the rest in the bottle
Alcohol: 14 % Vol

Tasting notes:
Brillant Gold, intense, the nose is the best part of this wine, it's complex with different notes, like: mineral, mature apricot, balsamic almost sweet in the end, the taste is intense, soft and lightly fresh, with a long and pleasant final. we give 88/100 for this wine. 
We pair the wine with a Paella (meat and fish) maybe, the wine is a little bit structured for this plate, but in the end, not to bad ...
